Hue Description

Hue is one of places which have many cultural heritage. Up to now, there is no place like Hue remaining a lot of originally historical vestiges as in this ancient Capital City. Between 1802 and 1945, it was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Hue Geography

The city is located in central Vietnam on the banks of the Huong River, just a few miles inland from the East Sea. It is about 700 km south of the national capital of Ha Noi and about 1100 km north of Ho Chi Minh City, the countrys largest city formerly known as Saigon.
